Experience:

Knowledge on Installation, Configuration and trouble shooting multiple operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux), File System Settings.
Knowledge on Installation, Configuration and trouble shooting of Mac Computers and different version of Mac operating Systems
Knowledge on Personnel firewalls, Antivirus and patch management
Knowledge on IIS, FTP, Configuring Websites, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory management, Group policy Management
Knowledge on Configuring Mail servers, Database Server etc.
Knowledge on Networking, TCP/IP, Switches Routers, Firewalls
Knowledge on Remote Administration Tools, Application Servers etc.
