E-SoftSys formally announced the next version of their
successful product ServicePoint. The Version 2.0 of this
product is scheduled for release by the end of this
month. Unlike its predecessor, ServicePoint2.0 is
completely Internet based CRM application and which
allows customers to report the incidents or complaints
and inquire the status, related to products and services
over the Internet.
ServicePoint 2.0s Internal Client
Administration allows internal support staff of customer
service department to manage the incidents reported by
customers through a browser remotely over the Internet.
ServicePoint 2.0 has been developed using the advanced
technologies like ASP 3.0, SQL Server 2000, VB Script,
Java Script, ADO 2.6, Exchange Server 5.5 and SQL Mail
Agent.
