E-SoftSys formally announced the launching of
ServicePoint - an internet based CRM application which
allows customers to report and inquire on incidents or
complaints related to products and services over the
internet.
The web application is complemented
by ServicePoint Internal Client, a Client-Server based
application. ServicePoint Internal Client allows
internal support staff of customer service department to
manage the incidents reported by customers. ServicePoint
has been developed using advanced technologies like ASP
3.0, SQL Server 2000, VB 6.0, ADO 2.6, COM+ and SQL Mail
Agent.
