Blue Bell, PA, September 27, 2002: E-SoftSys presented a case study on using Compuware's OptimalJ - A tool based on Model Driven Architecture for Enterprise class Application development in Java at the Compuware's UNIFACE/Optimal User Forum held at Dallas on 25th September 2002.

 

The presentation titled "Putting OptimalJ to use: An Experiment with a small Enterprise call Application" was presented by E-SoftSys chairman Kat Shenoy and Project Manager Darshan Kumar. The presentation highlighted the OptimalJ's approach of designing, developing and deploying an Enterprise class application based on MDA Architecture. It showed the ease with which an enterprise class application can be developed and deployed. It also successfully demonstrated the significant savings that can result by using OptimalJ in Java based application development in terms of developer productivity, time to completion, ease of maintenance and quality of the developed application.
