Expense entry module, an add-on to
the existing Time entry module was released to ASA Legal
Systems. The Timekeeper Desktop 4.0 has all the
functionalities of its predecessors with Expense entry
as an optional add-on and other new features. These new
features will make it easier for users to maintain
information and the support staff will be able to
troubleshoot any problems that may occur, in a record
time. Latest Microsoft technologies and third party
components were used for efficiency, speed and looks.
The expense entry module will be used by users in a law
firm, to enter expenses into the system. The expenses
entries will then be approved by accounting, released by
users and then get posted into the accounting system.
The look and feel of the expense entry module was
developed strikingly similar to the previously existing
Time entry module, to avoid any confusion that might
arise for the existing users. Timekeeper Desktop 4.0
will help law firms to monitor the expenses along with
time and maintain all the information in a single easy
to use application.
