Project Description: The application is developed for maintenance and support requests from the users or customers. The admin gets all the information in order to address/resolve the requests and can update the requests based on the resolution.

The following are the modules included in this application.

  Administration Module.
  • Employee Management
    • Provides an option to enter the Administrator’s details

  • Service Management
    • Provides an option to enter service and sub services available

  • Contract Management
    • Provides an option to update contract information
    • Application sends an automated e-mail alert to customers about the contract expiration

  • Company Management
    • Application has an option to enter company details
    • User Management option is provided to add users under respective companies
    • There is an option to assign services and sub-services to respective end-users
  • Request Management
    • This module allows to manage the customer’s requests
    • Requests can be assigned to support engineer in order to close the reported requests/issues
    • Automated email alert option is provided for every new request, request confirmation and closed requests to concerned people, including administrators and other authorized persons of the company
    • Provides an option to enter the requests on behalf of customers

  • Reports
    • Various reports are provided with an option to print the required customer requests

    • This module has the facility to enter the request
    • Automated e-mail alert option is provided for every new requests to all the concerned people, including administrators and other authorized persons of the company

    • Reports are provided to check status of the customer requests
  Live Chat
